1 carton of egg whites (farm fresh and pasture roaming)
Several dashes of turmeric powder
1 Zucchini (chopped)
1 box of Apple Gate Turkey Sausage (optional) – cooked
1 cup quinoa – cooked (I used a combo of red and white)
Coconut oil or Olive oil
Yield: 12 egg squares (for breakfast or snacks)
Wisk together egg and turmeric.
In each pan square:
Add quinoa, veggies, and sausage
Pour in liquid egg mixture
Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
About 5 minutes before done, you can top with your favorite cheese.
