Great for Preworkout or an Energy Boost

Raw Chia Energy Balls
3-4 scoops Protein Powder (I used IsaPro by Isagenix)
1 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
¼ cup Raw Honey
½ cup Chia Seeds
½ Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Trail Mix (I used Anti-oxidant mix by Whole Foods – but you could even make your own!)

Mix & Roll into Balls
Refrigerate & let chill for 30 min
